Lon’qu had been walking on minding his own business, until he picked up on the familiar voice. Turning to the candy thief, the swordsman asked, “I am not doing anything, so I suppose I have a moment.” the stern man admitted. The nickname didn’t bother the man given it was how Gaius spoke and it took a bit to adjust to it, but he was fine with it.
“ I have a plan to get some candy but I need someone… tall to help me. ”
While Gaius wasn’t exactly the tallest of the male Shepherd’s, he did know that Lon'qu was exceptionally tall which he could use to his advantage. That is… if the swordsman agreed to help him.
“ There was a shop in the last town that had some pretty tasty goods, but it had an alarm. And that alarm is above the doorway and I can’t reach it to turn it off. If we slip in there during the daytime and turn it off, I’ll nab whatever ya want. ”
